The orange hat requires a patch. And since I can't find the perfect one for the perfect price online, I will attempt to make one. I get to play with puffy paint and googly eyes! Meanwhile, the blue hat has barely budged an inch but I will knit, knit, knit as much as I can tonight.

Putting a carseat in a shopping cart is no easy task. They fit well in regular supermarket shopping carts, but at Joann's, CVS, Michael's, Walgreens, and I am sure more, they have slightly smaller carts. The carseat will not fit entirely in the cart, nor does it balance safely and lock in if you use the cart's basket. What I have done is to put baby's carrier *sideways* across the top of the cart... and it snaps right in. I have a picture of this if you want to see it. :) Good luck with the costuming goodness!
ReplyDeleteYeah, I figured it out after a few tries while looking like a fool. Clara spent part of our shopping trip sleeping sideways til I got smart. ;-)
